Quick, easy, delicious, small meat portions but for the price it's very competitive, best chicken I've ever had, not too smokey. It's seasoned perfectly, and falls off the bone. It's all outdoor seating so be sure to get yours to go if it's hot or cold out.

I’ve eaten here several times. Very consistent delicious BBQ. Tender and cooked perfect. Service is quick and friendly. Always a great experience good value.

We came across this place on our way from Dallas. Glad we gave it a try. Nice couple. Great-tasting BBQ, plus we really enjoyed the potato salad, baked beans and banana pudding. We definitely plan on returning.

Mr. Marshall, and his fabulous crew always make me feel at home.
I love stopping in to Marshall's ComeBack Bar-B-Que. My favorite is the Brisket, Beans, Potato Salad and Banana Pudding. I always get 1-2 pounds of meat, and the rest to go also. I get to enjoy till the next week's drive by to get more.

I tried the ribs before buying as well as the potato salad both are absolutely terrific. And Nolan Marshall is a lot of fun to talk to. He's also told me he'll make barbecue chicken for me if I give him some notice and I'm excited about it. Five stars. I also love their location which is very down home and small town. This is the kind of barbecue I was looking for.

Good old fashion BBQ. The business is also known as "The come back BBQ" & originally started out years ago as a place for locals, friends & family to hang out for some good BBQ at another property site of the owner in Gatesville before moving to this more centralized location on the corner.
The BBQ is downhome, tasty and priced right. Try his loaded potatoes, large portion sizes and many picnic tables to sit at and enjoy the food and locals that do like to hang out there most of the time he is open. He has a drive up option listed. And take away is also an option.
We enjoyed the food, the fresh air and talking with "marshall".

Marshall's barbeque is an exceptional place to satisfy your craving at a great price. There's either brisket, rib, or sausage basket (sandwich+chips) with your choice of chips: Cheetos, Fritos, Ruffles, etc. The side selections include either a super potato salad or beans. The drinks selections are iced down in several coolers which makes time waiting for your sandwich worthwhile on a hot day.
