Had the most embarrassing moment on my wedding day sponsored by market 32 on Eastern. Ordered my wedding cake marble to end up with a chocolate cake. Not only the mix up but also expired! (See photos) I placed my order on 2/7 for pick up on 2/13 at 7pm; wedding on 2/14 morning. When arrived home I had to look for the receipt to confirm as the Cake since it was extremely hard and not fresh. Previously order from there a cake was fresh -which was why I trust market 32 on my W E D D I N G DAY, thinking I will have the same experience.
Store manager (very professional) did refund me back my money but sadly not my wedding experience.
Pricey but I really like their floral and cake options for gifts. They do have some food brands and options you can't find elsewhere and you can get rewards points to use at Sunoco
I can always find thinks to get the fish dinners are very good we enjoyed every bite the cat's could not get enough fish.they we're licking there chops.
The variety and selection at this market 32 is higher and more varied than most other in the region. I am able to pay my rent week by week through the grace of purchasing a money order from this location. Most of the associates behind the customer service desk are used to seeing my face by now, and hardly ever have to ask me what I need.
So gross. I told the quick checkout attendant about a bandaid and she ignored me to play on her phone. Then I went to the service desk. I guess next time I go to the authority figure. I'm not likely to visit again. How is this not your job at the attendant to clean the check outs.
I can and will post all good things about my favorite grocer and no matter which location I am reviewing I can say 5 stars every instance. However, similar to my thoughts of all the Hampton Inns (Hilton owned) I love them all but only one favorite.
This is hands down the worst Price Chopper/Market 32. They are constantly out of all kinds of items, there are never enough registers open for the number of shoppers in the store, and they (like all Price Chopper locations) use shady sales tactics (for example they regularly jack up the price of something 50-80% for a BOGO sale). It's sad because this is the location of the original store, and they don't care enough about the community that built their business to provide a consistent quality shopping experience. Choose another location, or better yet, an entirely different brand.
