I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The 30-day aged steak was a true highlight, and the Japanese scallops and salmon were equally delicious. But the real star was the bread pudding – the best I've ever tasted. The Old Fashioned cocktail was spot on, and the wine selection seemed endless. The freshness of the food and the ever-changing menu make this place a must-visit. Highly recommended! You would never expect this amazing place from the outside. Once you step inside it’s like stepping into an elegant dressed only restaurant. Food, super fresh, the menu is on the wall and items are crossed off since there is a limited supply so do not show up too late or some of the items will be gone.. Graham was our waiter, spoke both Spanish and English from Utah. Water was always full, beer always topped off, tentative and excellent. Would visit again. Very exquisite restaurant with exquisite dishes. I wandered in with my daughter and two granddaughters looking a bit like the Clampitts, but the staff was very welcoming and treated us respectfully. Definitely fine dining prices, but we’ll worth it. Would definitely recommend and will be back on my next visit to Puerto Rico. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–60

When you come to Puerto Rico. I don’t care where you stay you must make the trip to San Sebastian to visit this spectacular fresh seafood restaurant. We had reservations for a early dinner on Friday. The place is very quaint and elegant. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience. The Food OMG!!! We were lucky and honored to have the owner and chef make recommendations. We ordered everything he suggested. The seafood is the freshest I’ve had in a long time. The chef did an excellent job preparing the dishes as the fresh seasonings or sauces did not rob the main course of its essence. The appetizers, main courses and dessert score 5 stars with us. Oh! I'm sure this place is wonderful....but when I walked in and seen the menu on the wall, I walked right out! Very classy, very expensive restaurant. Lighting was dimmed and looked very romantic...maybe another time and on a special occasion. This is not a fast food joint. Don't get me wrong...this restaurant would definitely be a special treat if that's what you desire. Would have given it more stars had I actually had the whole experience, maybe another time. Great seafood. We had a seafood medley and all was seasoned and cooked nicely. Had the oysters appetizer with lime and house made cocktail sauce which was a new flavor for me and was wonderful. A hidden gem in Dan Sebastián Puerto Rico. My husband and I came here for dinner and had the simple paella 🥘 😋 and a side of tostones(enough for two), and we were so sad when we finished it all! It was delicious 🤩 They also have a very impressive selection of wine. We got a nice bottle of wine. Will most definitely be back!
