This place is amazing, I'm not big on Italian food, but the second we walked in, Joe treated us like family. He customized my food order to make it spicy and made our visit special. The food was amazing, and the price was reasonable. Try the bruschetta you will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is remarkable, small corner pizzeria, oh but what's inside...delicious food, fantastic staff.....actually I eat there often but I have held two family dinners there, serve family style...the service was remarkable and the food absolutely delicious. We were on our way to Virginia from Boston and really wanted good pizza. Mario’s Famous Pizza definitely delivered. We got a slice of the margarita pizza and Buffalo and pepperoni. We also got garlic knots with marinara sauce. The shop is located across the street from a beautiful pier by the water and we were able to eat outside! It was lovely. The food was amazing! Ahhh some great pizza. Drink in photo not from there. So went to get food, my first time, while they had lots of different pizza available just got plain. Sooo good! Great salad and really good garlic knots. Really well priced for such good food. They were also super pleasant to me as it took a minute for me to decide. Thank you will visit again when in the area. This makes me miss living up top. I'm born and raised in NY but live in Atlanta. This brought me back to my childhood. Not just the food, but the neighborhood love. They greeted everyone that walked through the door as family. Personal greetings as if they were all best friends. My wife sat in awe. Now to the food. We only got the basics... Slices of pizza and garlic knots. Maaaaaan the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted. I got the chicken bacon ranch and Philly cheese steak pizza.. Magnificent! My wife got an all white slice and Pepperoni! We were in heaven. The staff is lovely and I can see why they have lasted over 40 yrs! I miss NY/NJ so much. Thank you Mario's Pizzeria for bringing me back to my childhood!

I would not order delivery again from this place. We ordered one pizza and one calzone, the online order is not that great and it didn’t give an estimate time of delivery. When I called a half an hour later they said the driver just left and should be there shortly, an hour and 3 phone calls later the pizza is delivered Luke warm at best and a little cold in places. It's my favorite pizza spot ever. I have been eating at this restaurant for many years now since I was about 9 or 10 years old ..maybe younger . Im in my 30s now, and the food has always been good. The owner of the place is a lovely guy who is always smiling. Great pizza selection ,sandwiches , wraps , the salad is to die for..dessert 😋 um if you love Nutella u must try the Nutella zeppoles. I can never just order 6. I need 12. That's how good they are.
