This location has gone downhill. Everyone needs to be retrained because why would you cut my pizza like this!! And why is my pizza dough not enough for one slice of pizza. My toppings were just all over the place. I also didn’t get any of the crust sauce I requested. This is unacceptable, I couldn’t enjoy it at all, taste wise wasn’t good either. UPDATE: Still no call from the regional manager. This place is a joke. If you want to try it, go in person and use cash only. The basic responses on here to contact them to fix it is just theatrics. I have spoken with 3 "managers" and was told the regional manager would contact me. That has never happened. I use to get pizza regularly from this location. Not anymore. Two orders ago they forgot part of my order. I called and asked to be refunded for the missing item, in order to not have the driver have to drive all the way back over and use their time and money to bring it to me. They didn't actually ever refund me. Ordered again, pizza came with more than half of it bubbled up with no cheese on it. I would have had them bring me the missing item had I thought of it at the time. Called them today to resolve the refund. "Manager" on duty put me on hold when I was in the middle of talking. and disappeared for several minutes. I am still not convinced that she was a manager, and she wasn't just pretending. Here is the rub. I HATE asking for a manager. I am one of the most reasonable people you will ever meet. However, you need a manager when you are talking about refunds. Original guy never processed it. Now they are giving me a run around. When there is 3 bad experiences in a row, and the lack of management skills has you thinking you aren't even speaking with an actual manager, there is a leadership problem. I will not be ordering from this store anymore. Food: 2 Service: 1

1/04/2023 first time trying Marcos,Had to order over the phone, they sounded busy. Food came quicker than expected and the older gentleman that delivered it was very nice. Pizza was great, tried their specialty Hawaiian and it was soo good, my 7year old ate all the chicken off of it. Will definitely be trying again. Placed an order over the phone at 6:00PM. Was told the wait would be 2-2.5 hours for delivery. Called multiple times at 2.5 and 3 hour mark to be hung up on multiple times. Called again at 10PM to be told our order was never put in, however the charge was pending in our bank account. Will be waiting to see if it goes through/if we will need to request a refund.

We ordered a take out pizza tonight , once again this is the third time our pizza has had zero pizza sauce on it. I called once before about this and was met with a girl who said she was too busy to assist and would credit me and never did . So this time I’m pretty fed up with the lack of accuracy we have experienced numerous times now. Along with no sauce the toppings were under the cheese we had to double check to even see if when had what we had picked. Also why was a 8.99 carry out 10.74? We use to love this location but now probably won’t order again.

Love Marcos on Central Avenue/ they are absolutely the best!!! I accidentally ordered pizza from the wrong Marcos today, and they were so helpful to me and made sure everything went so smoothly for me. They are the best and food always perfect! Thanks guys !! I just know this staff is overworked! Every time I go to Marcos they are so slammed, but those workers work so hard to keep everything smooth. Friendly staff every time i go here! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Good food, the employees are awesome. I did have to wait a few minutes, but they do have to cook the pizza. The restaurant is clean, and sitting area is good while you're waiting for your food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Most of the time this location is great. Tonight, on the other hand, not so much. Pizza dough was dense and did not rise. One of my pizza’s had absolutely no toppings on a few pieces. You’re better than this.

There was a deal for 30% of a large pizza so I ordered one. Didn’t have my card on me so decided to pay in store. I show up, pizza isn’t ready like it said it would be. It was supposed to be $13 and I was told it was $19. The guy at the register didn’t know how to fix it and just acted surprised that I didn’t want to just pay it. I picked no mushrooms and add green peppers, there were mushrooms and no green peppers… then I got home and the dough was soggy. just go to Dominos, you’ll get better service.
