I love Marco's pizza. This place looks clean. The only thing, and this happens to many pizza franchises, is that when you order through the app for delivery they never bring the right Pizza, 90% of the time I ask for 3 different types of pizza they bring one wrong pizza. I'm not sure why my pizza is cut into tiny squares. Last time they did this, the owner said it should have been cut like a normal slice, but apparently, the workers do whatever they want. Very disappointing. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tasty pizza, well that's a certain. In order to create a tasty pizza one cannot simply gather ingredients of a high quality and fresh nature alone, no. It takes a little spirit, a handful of magic, and just a dash of whimsy. Fan favorites like Sausage, Pepperoni, and plain Cheese you got it. Feeling more adventurous then maybe try a Chicken laiden Hawaiian Pizza, the Chicken Bacon Ranch, The Meat Extravaganza, The 5 cheese, I could go on. Marcos is not your cookie cutter chain pizza place, the food is good, the selection of sides and other items is great and there's a nice selection. If you're looking for a new place to try then I'd say go for it. Def worth it. Having problems with delivery. Sometimes I'm in their area sometimes I'm not. My daughter has the same problem at their house. The last boy I talked to was rude about it. At that point, I told them I would never be back. The thing is, I'm an over tipper. But that is there loss. My sons family lives next door to me. Ordered online at 6:39 and showed ETA of 7:10. Called at 7:15 and was told the pizzas were in the oven. Both pizzas were delivered shortly after 730 and while they were hot, they were mediocre pizzas. Big spots with no sauce or cheese. No Parmesan or red pepper packets. We have been getting Marcos since they opened in Tomball and for the most part have been happy. However, they started skimping on the toppings so last time my mom called & talked to a manager & she said the next time we ordered she would make sure there were plenty of toppings & she definitely made good on her word! Kudo's to the kids doing the best they could behind the counter. They were just try5to kee up. Owner/manager over committed resulting in their being way, way behind on normal orders and my eventually having to pickup my delivery order and getting cold pizza. Used to be my fave. This location has miles to catch up to the one on Spring Cypress. The pizza crust was just plain bread, no cheese and no sauce, not even well done as I asked on the instructions. The “cheesy bread” was nothing more than a stale, dry piece of bread with 1 layer of cheese and none on the Parmesan was there, none! They forgot every single sauce I asked for and not 1 pack of cheese that I also specifically asked for in the written instructions. Just awful, what a waste of stomach space and calories.
