We were long time loyal customers of another big pizza company but the food & service really went down hill for us. We received coupons & decided to try them. 4 years later Marco’s is the best!!!! Well I need to take back my 5 star review. Twice recently our pizza was so oily it was disgusting.The box look like that when it was delivered. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 3
Food is good a little on oily side. Their order times are way off on delivery. Was sent an email saying my food was on its way and it still took 20 minutes to get to me. You will pay damn near $30 for food and deliver fees for a simple small cold pepperoni pizza w/bread sticks. Only 1.8 miles away. Just do yourself a favor and pick up only... Food: 5 Service: 3
We ordered for the second time for delivery, and you guys don't disappoint! The extra large pizza had fresh ingredients, and the cheese oozes when you pick up a slice of pizza! We love your homemade Italian sausage on the pizza! The delivery was fast, and our delivery guy Mike was so friendly! Definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family! This company has ads all over saying prices that do NOT line up with the prices you will pay for their food. They advertise a $6.99 pizza and a $9.99 pizza as well as other things. The prices seem great but when you get charged it will be much more. They just tell you to use the website to make the order or it can't be that price. So you go on their website and make an account to learn that NONE of their "deals" work. NONE of the codes that are on the website asking for the codes work. This place just blatantly false advertises and has been for a while. Also the pizza I did try was COVERED in grease. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just tried their pizza for the first time and I'm happy I ordered. The Hawaiian pizza is the bomb! Price is fair considering the quality ingredients and loaded toppings. Will be back! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I ordered pizza at 7:12. It had a promised time of 742. It showed up at 8:35 cold and old. I called to complain and I was offered nothing but sorry. Why even bother having a promise time? Plus, I live 2 miles from the store. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To begin with, I love Marco's, have for last three years when our oldest son introduced them to us. That said, the poor reviews are due to a couple of issues I recently experienced. The first is that they have updated their app. And although thats normally a good thing this update forced all users to setup their accounts again which DID NOT port over ANY of the points accumulated, ANY of the coupons (and I had some good ones) and lastly I received no notification of this update nor post updating any thank you incentives/coupons for essentially wiping my account. This , to me. Is a HUGE departure from what I thought up until this event was a company well fixated on their customers experience. That IS , beyond the quality, a central reason for our loyalty to them. After this though, Im not so sure we will continue being loyal. And just to add insult, when I went to pick up my food I was forced to order through their new app, I asked why I had lost all my points/coupons thinking it was an error, and was astonished at the answer I received. In a nutshell this employee proceeds to describe how "even" he had lost his points and continued to lament about HIS loss. And all he could recommend to me is I come in and talk to his manager. No phone number. No tech support. Just , you take your time and come into the store to speak to a manager who has no vested interest or ability to fix this gross misjudgement on the new app. Then to just add s one more layer of f me to this whole situation , I had to wait twice as long because they screwed up my order and had to remake my pizza and salad. No discount offered, no next order is on us or this many dollars off. Nope, just sorry dude we had to make your pie over again it'll be another 20 mins. I've written many reviews, none as detailed as this, and its because in a matter of one interaction with this place we had been ordering from for years, they managed to dismantle the unique relationship we customers have with our fav food joints. They lost their edge , poor update process on the app, poor customer service and zero rentntion effort. Truely saddened. At any rate, as always, buyer beware. Have a blessed day. Some of the best tasting pizza in town. The staff is always very friendly. Orders for carry out are always on time and prompt. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
