The dining room was stale and had a weird smell. Not weird like pizza or yeast smell but that of a retirement home. They only had one employee. He did his best taking orders, making pizza, answering the phone but lacked a sense of urgency. He also didn’t do a great job changing his gloves transitioning from different tasks like touching door handles and making pizza. For the 40 minutes I was there waiting on my order that was quoted 20 minutes, I never saw him wash his hands; no problem using his phone though. My actual order was incorrect, he put red sauce on my Philly. It was good, not what I ordered. Come to this Marco when they’re properly staffed, maybe late afternoon. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This Marcos is absolutely the best. We have gotten delicious fresh pizza every single time we have ordered. The general manager is so friendly and is always very helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, most of the people working there seem like they don’t mind being there as opposed to the competitor pizza chains. I order from Marcos about once a week. Thank you to the Marcos team on Marino Bay Drive for being the best choice in Pizza that I can rely on each week. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best pizza on the east side of League City! My top pick is always The Works and the Italiano sub. Tonight I was over the moon impressed with the precise crisp of the crust and loaded toppings on The Works. Hit the spot! Thank you! Best pizza, well cooked, large portions, I paid $23 for a compeditor in Seabrook-which disappointed, Marco pizza less cost but had large pieces and portions..Love it!!!👍👍👍👍👍

I have never had any issues before when ordering Marcos Pizza I personally think of Marcos pizza is one of the best that I’ve had. I do not care for dominoes Pizza Hut but my first choice would be Marcos. I ordered it today from this location and it still is not here its been an hour and a half since we ordered I called the store and the gentleman that answered said that it should be here any minute that the delivery driver has five different orders if I would’ve known that it was gonna take this song out of went to pick it up or he could’ve had called to notify us that it was gonna take longer than expected. Anyways, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope that someone reaches out to the store and let them know that if they are shorthanded, they should reach out to their customers. My pregnant wife ordered a bacon and pineapple tonight on Halloween before closing. We got ham and pineapple. We called Marcos to tell them of this mistake but James assured us that he made the pizza and that it was bacon. I tasted this "bacon" multiple times just in case I was crazy, it's HAM. I even went as far as pulling the "cooked bacon" from the pizza and flipping it over (bottom middle of picture). This undoubtedly shows the COLOR AND TEXTURE of HAM. PREGNANT WOMEN CANNOT HAVE HAM. I checked their local Marco's website just in case this was "Canadian Bacon" aka ham but their topping options reflected both Bacon and Ham. This place is usually decent but a 1/5 is warranted, not only for the mistake, but the followed-up unaccountability and irresponsible reassurance which risks my wife's pregnancy. I won't eat here again.

Pizza was good... Even heated up the next day. Breadsticks were good as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the delivery driver put the Dr Pepper I ordered in the heat bag with the pizza. Hot pizza, hot breadsticks, hot Dr Pepper. Please don't put cold beverages in the bag with hot food.
