Why does this Marco's NEVER have the promo items seen on the main Marco's websites, ads, and commercials? How do you get away with that? You just lost a 50 dollar sale tonight because you don't have the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza or the new pizza pocket things. Half the purpose of having new items is to attract people who otherwise may have not purchased your products. And then, when they buy the new items to try, they tend to purchase food for the rest of thier family. Hence the $50 in sales you just lost. I wonder if Marco's requires thier franchisees to have all the new menu items? Either way, it's clear the owner of this Marco's chooses not to do that. Must have high enough sales to not care. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
If I could give this place half a star then I would be generous. The service sucked and the pizza wasn't very good and it was cold because it sat on the shelf while I waited for some service for 25 minutes inside the store. You'll see me in this store ever again.
Horrible experience at this lambertville Marco's. The pizza I got tasted like Little Caesars, tasted undercooked, the dough did not taste right. nothing like the Marcos in Sylvania or anywhere else in Toledo for that matter. My chief complaint though is the cinnamon bread I got was absolutely soaked and drenched in butter. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever ate, and not much of it. That's just what would pour out with little effort, can't imagine how much was soaked into the bread. I will not be back anytime soon and I'll be telling all my family and friends to stay away from that horrible Marcos. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well I ordered a thin crust and got a regular one they even repeated it and still messed up I was excited to have a thin crust to 😔 Service Take out
I ordered a pizza and told 40 to 50 minutes, I was ok with that. But then it was an hour and 1/2 and still no pizza. And the best they could do was offer me $10 off my next order. And that was after I drive up there and asked them to just make me a new pizza and they said only if I pay for it. And it would be another 30 minutes. I would have been much happier if they would have told me they just didn't have enough staffing and asked me to come get it from the beginning. I understand employees are hard to come by right now. But please don't tell customers you can do something if you cannot. They did six deliveries before mine so it was also cold when I got it. Very disappointed 😞 Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
They gave me jalapeños instead of pineapples. If I had time, I'd go back and get it remade. They usually don't make a mistake like that so I gave them 2 stars instead of one
