Custom made a cake and it was terrible. The pink icing they chose to use was so bad we had to scrape it off(we didn't choose pink). It was supposed to be cookie dough(4 small pieces in tbe ENTIRE cake) with vanilla cake(non existent) base and it had neither. Not a fun way to cut into your cake after blowing out your candles. We cut the entire cake looking for the cookie dough and cake layer(there was a tiny sliver of cake under about 2 pieces). $50 and a cake meant to feed 12 people, only 1 person ended up actually eating it. What a waste! Reached out to customer service via email and heard nothing back. Do yourself the favor and go down the road a mile to Baskin Robbins. Marble Slab offers delicious ice cream at a very reasonable price. One can choose one of their delicious concoctions or create a new one with unlimited mix-ins. Marble Slavs also features shakes, cakes, and sundaes on their menu! So much to choose from! My only concern is this location is very understaffed. The last time we were there, it was a teenage girl working by herself. She was awesome - very pleasant and efficient! But with the line at least 8 people long the whole time we were in the store, she could have definitely used an extra set of hands.

I picked up a Birthday Cake Ice Cream Cake today and let me tell you... it was amazing! My entire family absolutely loved it. I don't ever leave reviews but it was that good. The lady who makes them and sold it to me, Patty, definitely knows what she's doing and walked me through every cake available. She was friendly, informative, and brought a Northern charm that my family has been missing since we moved from New York.

I love going to marble slab! Even with the place and employees changing, they still are able to make my go to ice cream recipe that used to be there! The place is clean, and the employees have always been friendly.

The store isn't bad. It's got a good selection of items and toppings. No issues with building or employees. Coffee ice cream, one vanilla with kit Kat chucks. I think the cups are a bit pricey though.

Ben was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived. We let him know we had a nut allergy in our group and he was super helpful in offering to layer the toppings with the icecream because he said “everyone deserves the marble slab experience” thanks again Ben for the A++ service!(:

Ice cream was half melted when served, completely out of almost every single cookie including chocolate chip, and run by exclusively inept highschoolers. Way better options around here to spend your money for ice cream. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
