Best pizza I have ever had. No exaggeration. Ordered Supreme 14 inch and it did not disappoint. Will definitely come back to eat here. Of course a Medalla was included in the lunch event.

We live in the states but own a home in Juana Diaz. We often come back and forth to the island and this is our local pizza shop for us. When we call, we order them they will call you back to let you know when it is ready for pick up. Usually between 25-30 min. Staff are always friendly and even at times have assisted me by opening the door so I could get through with my order.

The best pizza its crust and the sauce and don't forget the cheese in it self it is delightful I for one would recommend this eating establishment it is awesome.

The pizza was decent, but overall the whole experience was horrible. I called in to order a large cheese pizza at 6:55PM. Upon arrival, at 7:15PM, the girls at the register were so focused on their conversation, they didn't even greet me. I had to get their attention, which is ehh whatever. I paid and sat down to wait. 20 minutes later, I ask them where my order is, mind you at this point it's been 40 minutes since I placed my order. The girl, with an attitude because I interrupted her conversation with the other employees, says it's in the oven, it will be out soon. Ok, I'm getting a little impatient now, but ok I'll wait a few more minutes. The girls and a guy at the counter continued chatting up a storm, laughing and ignoring the fact that there were 3 other tables waiting over an hour for their food as well. Well, at 8:07PM they finally called me and handed me my food. So for a large pizza, it took them an hour and 12 minutes. The other people sitting at the tables, told me they'd been waiting for over an hour already as well. That is absurd!! I will not do business with people who don't care about customer service or even at least about being a little empathetic. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!! Customer service is garbage, wait time is horrendous, and pizza was at most, decent. Nah, no thank you. I just moved to the area and already they have lost a customer and I'm sure a few other more from that same night. ***I wish the owner would see this message and acknowledge the fact that he needs to replace or retrain his employees on customer service, speed of service, friendliness, and hospitality***
