I have eaten here a couple times since they opened, and just recently had their catering service/party trays. My experience with Michael was wonderful. He is not only the owner of this establishment, but the chef as well! He was very nice and understanding of my wants and needs. And if you have any concerns, he will work with you. The staff is nice and helpful too. The two trays that I ordered were a big hit. The enchiladas were the first to go, and of course everyone loved the chimis along with the salsa. Delicious. (Wished I took pictures before the devouring... 1st picture is their Red Cheese Enchiladas (20) and the last 2 pictures were their Chimichangas and Taquitos tray (30 ea.) So this review is waaay long over due. I visited for the first time around ends of July/beginnings of August. Let me start by saying the service and food is amazing! Sasha and Amber were my servers the first visit and they were very kind and just a pleasure to talk to. I had the chicken mole enchiladas which were absolutely delicious. It was very savory; the chicken was moist the bellpeppers were perfectly sauted and the mole was amazing. My partner had the Carne asada plate with fries which he enjoyed very much. At the end the owner Michael came out to greet us and we got to know more about the business and the different entertainments they hosts throughout the week. I referred my mom and she tried the chicken pozole, she texted me saying it was delicious Fast forward to today, I had to try once again the enchiladas de mole con pollo and it was a hit again, I also want to mention the rice and beans are great. I'm sure people have experienced having dried out rice and thick frijoles. Not here la comida is consistent. I ate with my mom and she tried the beef taquitos this time and she enjoyed her plate as well.
