Food was very good. However my eggs were cold. I think they had a bad morning possibly arrived late as biscuits were just being made when we arrived at 8:00 am. Biscuits were delicious. Coffee was very good.

The Cowboy
Great customer service from the individual running the register. Terrible food. It shouldn't cost a small family of 3 damn near $45 breakfast. I can go get steak for that price. Ordered a bowl and specifically asked for the eggs to runny. I'm not sure how I got food with overcooked eggs and ham, but them under cooked veggies like green peppers. All under seasoned.
It is utterly terrible food and costly.

The people we nice and helpful. The biscuits were outstanding, but the gravy wasn't very flavorful. Loved the cowboy! Highly recommended. Very noisy when busy like most restaurants today.

1st timers at this spot. The online menu is great because it has pictures of all of the items. Got the Sticky Maple. If you're a fan of maple syrup, this item came out in a boat of it... it was delicious. I don't really care for biscuits anywhere but they might have made me a believer! We also, got smashbrowns. They were delightfully delicious with a crispy outer shell and a smooth creamy interior. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even brought the food out to our table! Everything was fairly large portions and top quality presentation. Enjoyed the interior design and overall atmosphere. Great place to try something new! Next time we're trying the breakfast tacos.

Screaming Goat Say It Like Sean Connery
It was our first time trying Maple Street Biscuit Company, and it was a pleasant visit. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and great recommendations from the menu.
