My family is obsessed with the sourdough bread from here. I love that they use clean/quality ingredients and we know what is in our food. The shop is decorated so cute and so fun. Can’t wait to bring my kids back next time!

I love everything about this jewel of a bakery. Paige and Landon are not only incredibly talented bakers they are also the sweetest people. They are constantly innovating and incorporating new products. The focus on health and wellness may not be typical of most bakeries but it really blends seemlessly with the whole vibe of Many Macarons. I love gifting their delicacies (and buying extra for myself of course!) and spreading the word about this truly unique and delicious spot!

I love Many Macarons Bakery. The atmosphere is so clean, and inviting. You're greeted by the nicest people you'll ever meet. I originally went in just to check it out but after a few minutes I knew I had to taste some of those delicious treats. We bought a 12 pack of macaroons They were all amazing and mouth watering but lavender, red velvet, saltwater taffy and princess sugar cookie were indescribably out of this world! As we were choosing our flavors Paige came out and mentioned her new sour dough cinnamon rolls were hot out of the oven and so we snagged one of those to. I had HUGE regrets that we didn't clean her out and buy them all. Everyone talks about Johnson corner's cinnamon rolls but if you really want your taste buds to thank you - get one of Paige's cinnamon rolls. No mater the drive , they are SO worth it. They've got to be the best in Colorado. period. We also picked up some hot chocolate toppers that were individually wrapped and honey sticks. I cannot wait to go back.

This place is the best, my kids always want to stop by whenever we're in the area! The macarons are delicious, try the Brigadeiro, you will not be disappointed! But on top of that, the sourdough amazing, best toast I've ever made, and the cold pressed juices are top notch. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, they make it easy to support this local, family owned business!

Love this place!! The person who helped me (perhaps the owner?) was so kind and helpful, and the macarons are incredible!! My daughter insisted on getting some of their “unicorn farts” and even those were totally delicious. We will definitely be going back!

Landon welcomed us on our first visit with great recommendations. Fun how he shared a bit about how he came up with so many wonderful flavor options.
Great attention to detail with the box makes us want to come back and gift these delicious treats for new neighbors.
Each of the 6 we tried had a great flavor profile and had us wanting to come back and try all the other flavors available! Great local business to swing by and pickup your next special treat.

We absolutely love Many Macarons — they've designed and made birthday treats for both of our kiddos and each time our guests raved about how awesome everything was. But it's more than macarons... Boost Juice that's helped keep seasonal gunk at bay, delicious sourdough that's so good it only lasts a day in our house, fermented garlic honey that's unique and delicious, too... Many Macarons is a true gem for the Windsor and NoCo community!

The macarons and cocoa bombs are so delicious! They make wonderful gifts too! I love the variety of flavors to pick from. The staff are always friendly and patient (when picking from those many flavors). It is so wonderful to have a company that gives back too...charities and groups, the tree for Christmas, and so much more! It's also heartwarming the way they carry products from other small businesses! Truly a wonderful business and amazing owners!

We ordered several dozen custom macarons for our daughter’s wedding and they couldn’t have tasted any better or looked any cooler. My favorite flavors were vanilla bean and red velvet—a super-special treat.
