Couldn’t really leave Lisbon without trying their iconic “pastel de nata”. Custard was so creamy but not too sweet and the pastry was cooked perfectly. I seriously could devour a number of them!
If you’re looking for an authentic pastel de nata, Manteigaria is the place to go.

Brilliant like always. We've tried all the Manteigaria shops in town we've got across and it is just amazing. Pastel de Nata is no doubt my favorite pastry in Portugal. Of course it is hard as anywhere you and anything you choose be is sweet or normal food, it just doesn't stop to amaze. If I were to move here I would double my weight in a month :)

One of the best pastel de nata in Lisbon! The pastry is crispy without being overly crunchy and the custard is delicate and velvety. An absolute must when in Lisbon.
