Today, 10/14/2023… I ordered a Manhattan cheese steak.. my usual, and I discovered pork bacon pieces in my sandwich. This sandwich does not contain any bacon. Secondly, I have not consumed any pork for over 15 years for personal reasons. I’m totally upset. I pulled the bacon out to examine it further . I called West Orange location without a resolve, poor customer care! I asked for the manager and he was not there, allegedly. The woman that answered, rushed me off of the phone. So, I proceeded to make a corporate complaint as well. I can totally understand why it’s a complaint about cleanliness and food care.
