The service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Sometimes they just don’t answer the phone and when they do it’s like I’m bothering them. They don’t say bye they just hang up the phone after you tell them what you want. I love Manhattan Bagel, but this one I wish would get bought by someone else. Drove almost 20 mins bc we enjoy Manhattan bagels. Funny bc my son commented that they only had 2 1/2 stars. Should have read the reviews before we went. If people keep telling you that you’re rude to your customers then maybe you should do something to make it better. Just treating your customers with basic common courtesy would probably be a good start. The counter person was frustrated bc we didn’t order online. And when we asked for the bagels to be cut, more attitude. They said they would do it but he would have to wait. He did for about 10 mins and finally handed a bag and was told they couldn’t cut them bc they weren’t hot enough. My experience it’s usually more difficult to cut hot bagels and breads?!? To top it all off they charged him for a bagel pack (which would include cream cheese) and all he got was a dozen bagels. Well folks all I have to say here is trust the reviews on this one unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated rudely.
