About
This bar is well known for serving Italian cuisine. Taste nicely cooked chicken parmesan, parmesan and minestrone at Mandola's Italian. You can order tasty gelato, tiramisu and cannolis. It's time to degustate delicious chianti, beer or marsala. Come here and try good lemonade, espresso or cappuccino. This place is good for guests who have supper in a hurry because they can order food as a takeout. The competent staff meets you at this spot all year round. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices at this bar claim to be low. You will certainly like the calm atmosphere and cute playground area. Mandola's Italian is rated on Google 4.4 by its clients.

Mandola's on Guadalupe was a mainstay years ago, but after moving NW to Leander, we never got back to the Guadalupe location ... we tried the Cedar Park location this weekend prior to an event at the HEB Center (12 minute ride). Some things never change... and that is a compliment! The Cedar Park location is everything the Guadalupe location is and more... great outside area for families, lots of running around, jumping and climbing things for the kids to do. We had the grandkids along today, so more ordering than the usual "plus 1." LOL The boring, carb counting adults had the large misto salad with chicken, and the kids had the margarita pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. We tasted them all, so the street cred is there to do this review! Everything was awesome! The misto salads were fresh, crisp, and cold... everything in the salad was chilled, and the light vinaigrette was tasty and healthy. The chicken that adorned the salads was plentiful, grilled perfectly, soft and moist! The pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs were equally good. The pizza dough was thin, crisp, with that bit a chewiness that comes with Neapolitan-style pizza done right. The meatballs were big, juicy but firm, quality meat, and the marinara sauce was on point. The pasta was an absolutely divine al dente. Mandola's is exactly what it is meant to be... not gourmet Italian food. Great food, laid back, family friendly environment, good for lunch or dinner (or happy hour!). The 5-star quality of Mandola's has persisted for years, and they continue to produce quality food in a fun environment. Highly recommend Mandola's Italian Kitchen! This was the perfect Italian restaurant for a casual night or if you are wanting something a little fancier. My favorite part was the bread that comes to the table. The service was friendly and fast and the environment is rustic and calming. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was good. Definitely recommend. This place has been in my hood for a while and I didn't really enjoy or review it the first time so I'm back to give it another try and I'm happy to see why so many other folks enjoy coming here. The service is great, they try to get folks seated and fed quickly like a well oiled machine. They accommodate parties of all sizes. The food comes out fast and the quality is great, there's no quality loss here even when they are super busy. Garlic fries are OK, I prefer Red R fries but these are less greasy. I had the meatball appetizers and they were yummy. My fav dish is the Sat special, Brasato, braised beef short rib it's so good. Also tried the Pollo alla Griglia, good chicken with perfectly executed veggies. Both dishes are great for folks looking to avoid the heavy carbs known in Italian food. They are not the best Italian food I've ever had. You have to go to NY or NJ for that, but they are good and they have great service. I highly recommend coming here. We were looking for a casual spot for date night and were completely blown away by Mandola’s!! The restaurant itself was so cute, cozy and friendly atmosphere. We got pepperoni pizza, lasagna, garlic bread, complimentary focaccia, cheesecake and drinks all for under $50!!!! That is so insane for how quality the food is!! Our food came out so fast and was piping hot, you could taste how fresh everything was! What really set Mandola’s apart was their stellar service!! All of their staff was so helpful and caring, they took the time to ask about our experience, listened and even helped us out when we needed anything!! Will definitely be making this our new go to!! YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went on a very busy Saturday night for a date, luckily we got seats at the bar. The special (Brasato) was delicious, very tender and flavorful on mashed potatoes. Had the Wedding soup and Caesar salad as well as the lemon + mint chocolate chip gelato for dessert, all very good. Our drinks were the frozen Peach Bellini, which was sweet and refreshing. Fabulous service from the bartender and host (who seemed to be everywhere helping everyone, making sure every guest felt welcome and helped asap!). Food came out quickly and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back, with our kids next time!
I like their food. Fresh basil cut over the top of lasagna is nice, and I love their salad with Italian style vegetables. I only wish they'd bring back this amazing cake. I ordered it all the time in the past, it was a favorite treat. After the pandemic, they removed a lot of items from dessert menu, and I miss this one the most. See photo. It was the best ever. Zupasomething I cannot remember the name. :-( Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Minestra Maritata Soup

Great place for the family that has good pizza and some vegetarian options but most of their dishes come with animal protein and it’s the same price if you remove it they also have an outside kids play area that is very nice and a children’s meal that includes gelato which is my son’s favorite. They are bruschetta is by far the best around here and also half off during happy hour, and I would definitely recommend it.
