I've really enjoyed meeting Matt and discussing coffee. I have tried several varioations and a blend and all have been very smooth. I prefer a medium roast and he will roast to your specifications. If you want good, fresh roasted coffee this is the place.

This is a small batch coffee roaster. The owner is super friendly, helpful, and great at his craft! They have interesting flavors and everything I've had tastes fantastic.

We just finished our first bag of Manchester Coffee. It’s the bomb. Beautiful strong flavor. Can’t wait to get back to Sheridan to buy more.
