One of the few Indian restaurants that do not offer buffet. I mean that in a good way. The food feels more fresh that way. The restaurant carries extensive South Indian menu that you don’t see often. Food is not crazy spicy but might feel a little spicy for those who are not used to a little kick. I have never eaten North Indian food here so it hard to judge the taste and spice level, but the South Indian food is good here. I am vegetarian so cannot judge any meat based dishes. We tried the banana leaf buffet today and must say it was super amazing and the food was delicious . Variety of items for both veg and non-veg people. The taste of the food was authentic. The people serving the food were friendly and catering to the needs, asking if we needed and serving promptly. The owner/manager was kind enough to describe the menu items since those were in Tamil( I guess) which was helpful. Overall good experience. I am not a lone grumpy customer. I had a reservation for 1:45pm, drove 50 minutes and after 30 minutes of wait, they are letting groups larger than me and that arrived later than me, before me. If you cannot manage reservations, then why take one in the first place? Let it be first come, first serve. I really liked the food here but they lost my business forever. Maybe it won't matter to them because they have a huge wait list and one stupid customer does not matter. I, on the hand will not pay and accept such behaviour. Updated visit on May I have visited for a night out with my friends, the place has very limited parking. We were greeted and seated. The place is well decorated but congested seating. Loud noise all around is the main issue. We ordered mutton sukka, chicken vepudu, Parotta with chicken kurma, Thalapakkti mutton biryani, and chicken hyderabadi biryani. Mutton sukka was probably the best of all nice semi gravy texture, and meat is cooked well. Next will be the chicken kurma for parotta. The taste was fantastic and a must try !! The kodi vepudu is good, nice taste . The mutton biryani was having burnt smell and unable to taste or finish that, chicken biryani didn't have any flavor at all. All in all, it is a good place to eat , avoid ordering biryanis, and i will visit again for sukka and chicken kurma !! If you are in the mood for a good and quality and authentic Indian food both vegetarian and non vegetarian this would be a place and with lots of time in your pocket too… Food by far the best in the region, however the kitchen to table and kitchen to takeout will test your patience a lot. As I mentioned if you are person with lot of time in hand and all you care is taste this is a perfect spot for you. I had take out and dine in always the food is amazing. First time dining here. Glad they’re open but slow service for Tuesday evening. Food was delicious. For those with spicy sensitivity, make sure to ask for mild. Even mild was spicy. The mango lassi and rose milk were nice options to help temper the spiciness. Though the expected portions seemed noticeably small compared to price. The eggplant dish, two goat entrees, and 4 different naans made to order were very well done. Very tasty. Takes credit cards and bill is processed via iPad. This place never disappoints me when it comes to Biriyani. The goat meat is always tender. Undoubtedly best Indian restaurant around. One feedback, try to include more snacks items in the menu. Limited choices in snacks. 11/23/19.. Bit disappointed this time. May be I should have stuck to basics rather than experimenting. So this time it was dine in and we got chicken vindaloo iwith 2 other appetizers. Every thing had a smell of excess turmeric and was salty. Lesson learnt..stick to biriyani only😁 10/30/2023 Dined in after a long time. Had high expectation but returned with an average experience. Very disappointed with the Appam and Fish curry. The fish curry had only one tiny winny piece of fish that too for 13.99. Can’t be shared by 2 person also. Check out pictures.
