This distillery open their doors for serving food for restaurant week. And it was really good. It was Asian inspired but the staff was super accommodating and really friendly. And just for that I'm going to start drinking there!
The cocktails we tried (g&t on the left and a rum punch on the right) were delightful! However, the vibes were very chaotic while we were there and the FOH and BOH all seemed stressed. We might've just stopped in at a rough time, but regardless my wife's drink was taken away before she finished, and we felt a bit hurried out since we didn't have a reservation and were only ordering drinks. We'll definitely be back to try the food sometime though, as everything looked really good!

This place is incredible! Very friendly staff; Andrew and Cece went above and beyond to give us the best experience! They have a great drink menu and such a cozy and welcoming environment with some very enjoyable live music. Between the 4 of us sitting at our table, not a single person enjoys drinking rye, but we all tried theirs and were pleasantly surprised! It was delicious - warm and smelled/tasted like caramel😋 we stayed for a while and ordered quite a few different drinks and we enjoyed them all!
Cocktails are consistent & mimic the Mammoth location in Grand Rapids. The set up is cozy & warm. However the service was a turn off for me. My partner & I were the youngest out of everyone there, and just from observation they were the least attentive to us. They definitely cater to the older crowd that look like they have $. We will stick to our other TC favorites for now.
Amazing staff, great drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. Typically they have an acoustic performance on weekends. Good vibes. Best gin around.

I dropped by late one night, Friday I think, and enjoyed some nice drinks and live music. It was a pleasant experience. Both cocktails I tried were good, but I preferred The Dude. It was very smooth and resembled a lighter version of a White Russian. The Manhattan I tried was good, but I guess the cherry flavor stood out a bit too much for my tastes. Overall, however, I had a good time.

If you love overpriced cocktails this place is for you. The live music was good and the staff was friendly though. Definitely only a place to have one or two drinks.

Update July 2023: yeup! Took the parents here. G&T still amazing/best drink. Left with $200 worth of stuff/bottles to take back home. Early 2023: Happy accidents happen sometimes and so happy we discovered this place. I'm an out of towner. We actually came to the place nextdoor so my friends could get beer, I don't do beer. Then wandered thru the hallway and BOOM to Mammoth. Had the best G&T in my life here. So smooth. The bar tenders rock. I had a blast and they made the place fun. We will return in the summer when it's warm and not snow on the ground. I had two drinks and got a bottle of their Gin. So happy to have found you!
Great spot with eclectic decor and seating. They serve high-quality cocktails crafted with unique combinations you won’t get anywhere else.
The service here is amazing and the drinks were fantastic. Our server got me even to try something different and then made me an amazing drink because I didn't enjoy it. Definitely a great place to go to.
