From the moment we stepped in we were greeted and seated. The server was prompted and didn’t leave us waiting too long and food was rich with quality and portion! I usually eat my serving same time I get it but my Coconut shrimp was beautifully breaded and filling with my multi topping pizza had me save most of it for a midnight snack. This restaurant was an hour away but will happily drive back for the same experience. Let me start by saying the food is amazing. But if you want friendly service, don't go during any kind of peak hours or a busy night. I witnessed one of the female employees berate several people that were there to pick up because she quite frankly couldn't handle the pressure. We enjoyed our first visit and look forward to trying some additional dishes at Mamma Lucia in the future. The staff we interacted with were prompt and polite. The menu offers numerous varieties of pasta dishes with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Entree's comes with bread and a salad. The bread is basic white bread, but it's warm and good. I wish it was served with balsamic and oil or some type of herbed butter. The food was very good and the portions were fair for the price. If you’re looking for good Italian food, aside from pizza, look elsewhere. Their pizza is consistently good, I’ll give them that.. anything else we’ve tried, on multiple occasions over the last two years, has been borderline inedible. My husband ordered this calzone (pictured).. it was completely burnt and flavorless. Calamari was the consistency of hard rubber.
