Mama's has a following in the areas it has restaurants. We had the lunch buffet, which included the salad bar with about 20 items to make a salad for yourself. It was clean this time, but I have seen it messed up as the rush to get food and people just throw food everywhere on the serving cart. Self-serve for pizza and drinks, too. They set out 5 pizzas on the service island and keep rotating in various kinds while always trying to keep a good mix of meats, or cheese only, or vegetables on top, too. I just wish you had a larger selection. Otherwise, just wait a couple of minutes, and a couple of new pizzas will be brought out. They really try and keep it fresh as possible. The pizzas have a medium to thin bottom, without any cheese in the edges, just a garlic butter on some. Enough sauce and toppings on every slice to keep you satisfied. I think it was about $12 ea +tax with a drink for buffet. The atmosphere is in an older Pizza Inn building. A few TV's are on to keep you busy. There are a couple of games for kids in the corner, too. Mom and pop chains are very good.
