I was in town visiting and for dinner I was craving cheese enchiladas with mole sauce. Based on people’s reviews I chose to come Maldonado’s. I am a particular of where I eat. I ordered enchiladas with mole sauce and omg they were delicious. I ate all of them even though I was full. I recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing and the service too The tortillas are handmade. Delicious! The meat is cooked really well and the beans... Hmmm You also have to try the chips. Love them! I didn't feel anything spicy which is great. If I could I would totally come back. We had the combo enchiladas de mole and it was amazing. At first it threw me off with the word mole and since I don’t like mole being sweet I was skeptical. But I’m glad I took a chance on the meal. It reminded me of my mom’s cooking. The sauce was like a mix between the enchilada sauce and the mole from Michoacan. we also got the quesadilla with Carnitas and that was really good. The food and restaurant is highly recommended and worth the trip from Hanford CA.
