So I want to start off by saying I rode by this place for months and could smell cinnamon and fresh bread in the air. It puzzled me cause I didn't know there was a bakery in the area. So on my day off I googled bakery in my area and there it was behind the Albertsons the whole freaking time. So I stopped in.. talked and found out about the company and the history. To find they are at Tip-Top Meats. I should've known from that sentence alone I was into a great moment. I enjoyed the vibes. So about the important things: Have you ever had bread so DAMN GOOD where you wanted to slap your momma? Don't do that but it's literally that good. Yeah I know the moment you lay the piece of exquisite work of art cinnamon swirl bread or/and the cinnamon apple strudel bread into your mouth a rush affection hits your mind and something comes over you. Where you just wanna know what has she held back from you all your life. Maybe she thought your taste buds weren't ready for the evolution of love and genuineness? Never knew bread could be so true. Almost wanted to tear up a little. I know I wasn't ready for emotions and I didn't know bread could make me dance and write rnb songs. Maybe it was the fact I was listening to 'Nobody's Supposed to Be Here by Deborah Cox' lol. They even have diabetic/keto breads but I'm not here for that. I'm here to be wrapped up in a beautiful loaf of love. If you something blow your socks off.. Come closer *whispering* get the cinnamon croissant bread. If you're in a loveless or you have you broken heart ..this bread will make you feel love again. I'm talking about innocent high school/first love kind of love. I recommend sharing this with your family, friends and so on.. I know I'm buying loaves for my neighbors to show my love, my appreciation for them and just so they could experience what I did. It's a true underrated experience to go to a local bakery and pick up your bread vs getting it second handed from a store. No diss to the stores but there is definitely a different quality and appreciation when you go to the source. Before finding them the bakery I used to go to was all the way in Del Mar. So thank you for this gem.
