I've ate here for 25+ years (formerly Bings). I ordered some lunch to go and the chicken was so dry and hard that i could not bite through it. I took it back and asked him if they could remake it. Staff was rude and I found a note stuffed in the box that read... "Notice: our food is cooked like that for many years. If you don't like how we cook you don't have to come back." Well.... hopefully you understand why I gave them only 2 stars. The gentleman at the counter should be more concerned with the guest's experience rather than the amount of the tip on the check. Place is gross. Pork was old and dry. Wifes crab puffs were cold and chewy....probably reused from others food that was left over. This is the type of place that would throw your rice that you didn't eat back in a pot and serve it to someone else the next day.
