Stayed at the Mansion accommodation A wonderful place staff couldnt have done more to fulfill our needs. Very relaxing atmosphere, huge pool area. There is still some work needed on meals but the meals we had where good . Favourite being mei goreng. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have just returned from a 3 day 2 night stay at the Mansion accomodation. What a wonderful place to stay. Staff were absolutely on point with whatever we needed. Definitely went over and above what we expected. Food was delicious but they are still learning on how to best please western palettes and are very open to feedback on what is preferred. This accomodation would be superb if you wanted to have a few friends stay in one location. The pool is huge, I would imagine one of the biggest in Timor Leste, well maintained. Pool towels provided. Rooms are extremely clean and you can have your washing done should you wish. We had the best time and would definitely stay again. The gentleman that runs the restaurant (Uncle) as we have come to call him, has a true passion for cooking and baking that can be smelled once you step in tasted with every bite taken. He makes fresh bread every morning that has you over eating in no time. His specials of the day should be followed because they lead you on a wonderful culinary journey that will leave you satisfied. But remember to leave room for the homemade, from scratch desserts.

Truelly international: dishes listed by country rather than category (e.g., meats, pastas, salads, etc.). Timor, Asian, western, Italian/Spanish fare. Very friendly and forthcoming owner-chef. Strategically located at the junction to Old and New Town, right next to the fuel station. I will be a regular patron for lunch.
