Great spot in the downtown area! I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for a coffee and quick bite to eat.
The barrista who rang me up, and made both my drink and food, was so sweet and helpful! She made me feel welcome and appreciated. It was a great start to my day.
I ordered a rose iced latte with oat milk and a BLT croissant. Each item was terrific and the prices were good too! The croissant was a good size (not too much, but just the right amount) and was nice and warm with lots of flavor. The coffee was not too sweet and was a good morning pick me up.
The location is nice, clean, and well suited for a downtown location. It seemed to be a spot for local college students and workers from surrounding businesses, which made sense because if I lived locally, I'd go in to do work with a nice coffee and bite to eat.
When I visit again, I'll definitely stop in!

This is my happy place! Coffee is great and I love that they do monthly specials of new flavor combinations. Food is delicious and just the right serving size to satisfy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the atmosphere: the low chatter of people meeting up over coffee with a pleasant music selection that’s not overbearing. I can come to work, meet with friends to hang out, or just swing by a grab my favorite coffee. It’s always so welcoming and truly is a little space of bliss!

This place is always a joy to visit. The good vibes and atmosphere are always on point. The service is always courteous and quick. I’ve been going to Lula’s for about six years, and I have had no reason to reconsider being a regular. This place means the world to me And not to mention, the coffee is always good!

I have absolutely loved Lula's spiced chai lattes ever since I was a child. I have tried it both cold and hot - it tastes exactly the same either way. I tried their turkey and cheese croissant, it was really good! They glaze the croissants with honey - which I usually don't like with croissants but they made it work. My boyfriend got a sandwich with sourdough bread, he loved the bread, it was toasted perfectly. I've also tried their chocolate chip cookies, which are average, I'd say, but they are massive.

Great experience at this coffee shop! Went during lunchtime for a pick-me-up and there was no wait. Good food and coffee selections on the menu. Shop had a great atmosphere for studying, working, or just hanging out. There is wi-fi there as well. I got a salted caramel iced latte and the flavor was very good. I will definitely return here!

What a unique litte joy hidden in Downtown Florence. The staf was very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. I will def. go back and this time spend a little more time enjoying the atmosphere.
