Luby's has the largest and best chicken fried steak around! I've eaten CFS at Cracker Barrel, Black Bear, Longhorn among others and I always come back to Luby's! Picked up food for Christmas dinner. Th ere was no line (we showed up on time at our exact appointment) and the guy running the pick up side let me double check things and take my time, and was very nice. Well organized, reliable. I love Luby's! However, my last trip, the food was disappointing! The food was too cold. I do not like cold food. The liver that I love was tough. I did not enjoy the food at all. The customer service was good! Waiter actually took my plate and carried it to table. They made sure that we were comfortable.
