The energy in this place is amazing. Everybody with their families and friends all gathered around, you could tell this was the place to be. The food was great. Seems like the fried food is really their specialty and they delivered with a mouthwatering walleye. 2 whole fillets in a tempura batter, and the cheese curds were perfect. My wife got the 10oz Jalapeño burger which was amazing. The beef was seasoned perfectly, and the beef itself had good flavor. Local beef? Nebraska beef? Very good. The place was very packed, yet our service was still good. Our server was on top of it. Overall great experience, delicious food and good service in a lively atmosphere. Wow. This Council Bluff's restaurant was suggested by a friend as a great place to meet and eat. Holy Cow, I'm glad we did! The food was spectacular! Huge portions that not one of our group could finish. Everything was cooked to perfection with crunchy tots that were perfect in my book. This will be a favorite spot to eat in CB! After a couple of visits, the staff remembers you. Neighborhood place with great Prime rib days. Don't stick to one food, though, several other items that are top notch in flavor and portion. The classic cheeseburger here is the best I have ever had in all my years of living. It’s was absolutely delicious. The fry’s were perfectly crispy and long. The wait to get all of this was super short and the drinks were refreshing. From the outside of the restaurant, it looked super sketchy. The bathrooms were poorly made, kind of dirty, and sketchy. And finally, the lighting and mood of the restaurant were appropriate. Note, the wheeled chairs are to die for. I grew up in Iowa, but have lived in Florida for over seven years. I have been craving an Iowa pork tenderloin!🤤. Made it home and had to stop at LPL’s for theirs. I was not disappointed!!! Reasonably priced and beyond good!🤤🤤🤤

Superb food! I know this place has been there forever and can understand why, it is excellent lil family pub and grill. Our server was awesome as was their food. We came in on Friday night and had the prime rib and ours was very good. Everything tasted good, friendly waitress. Good place to go and I've also had the grilled chicken salad.
