Such a fun experience for a grocery store. A friend visiting Mt. Airy from New York, wanted some local beer to take back to his brothers for Christmas gifts. Lowes has a great selection and a bar where we had a couple of beers while we reflected on our remodeling work we had just completed. What a pleasant experience… and at a grocery store.l!

I used to work at that same exact store months ago and they don’t care so much about the African American people in general .. That is how some of the workers and managers act as well I’m glad that I don’t work there anymore it’s giving ignorant and embarrassing and it’s sad that we are still living and experiencing like we are still living in the 50’s , 60’s ,70’s .. It makes you wonder?? If they teach there children to hate people of color and as a parent it makes them look embarrassing and disgusting .. It is 2024 that place needs a whole new crew staff and mangers as well or if they can’t provide that shut the store down completely period !!

Very nice store. The areas around the produce and the deli/bakery were well decorated The people there were friendly and helpful. Restroom was clean and stocked.

We visited for the first time ever a Lowes food store and it was in Mt Arey NC. The customer service was without a doubt above and beyond. The fall decor was the first eye catching welcome! Isles were clearly marked and items easy to find. We ended up getting on of their Lowes value cards and will shop at our local store now too!

Too expensive. I tried to use my coupons, but had a very rude employee refuse to let me use Lowes Foods issued coupons. Didn't even let me use my Lowes Customer card. He even made a comment about the amount of sweets we had in regards to my wife's weight. Very un professional.

I really love lowes. All my cakes I buy from lowes even my wedding cake. I got married in September 2022 and they done my cake. My family loved it!! Thanks again Lowe’s Food for always making me happy.

Don’t ever shop here this place is raciest, they hate black people and if you try to check out they will accuse you of stealing and call the police and have you arrested. SWB (shopping while black)

Seems to have slightly higher prices on many items compared to competitors. Probably would get better prices and deals if I became a regular shopper, but a competitor store is closer to my home.
