We ordered a medium cheese and sausage deep dish. I don't think the pizza was done cooking. There was a lot of liquid coming from the pizza and the sausage was a little firmer than it usually is. That being said I have eaten at Malnati's many times over the years and this is the first time my food was not as expected. I've never eaten at this location(Tinley Park) so maybe they do things a little differently. Overall I'm very sure I'll return to Malnati's again but probably a different location. Came to this pizzeria after my sons hockey game and the place was good. As soon as u walk in, we were greeted immediately and had a table within minutes. Tvs were everywhere, so u can't miss a game or highlights of sports going on, which was great also. Ordered a deep dish which typically takes about 20 minutes or so longer than a regular pizza but the wait was worth it. Cheese and sauce was on point and they didn't skimp on the sausage either. I wilk say maybe less flour in the dough cause it did overtake the breading flavor of the pizza a bit but iverall it was delicious. Our waiter kept checking in which was great and as well. Good as always! Didn't realize they had a full service restaurant this far southwest. My grandma is in Palos so I will make this a place to go after my visits with her. I'm glad the consistency is here at this location. Gabby is a great attentive server. She didn't miss a beat with all my extra requests and she provided service with a smile. I was a Lous trainer on Sloop for multiple years so I know the standard of service and quality...it's also my favorite pizza! Even the hosts were accommodating and friendly. Waiter was excellent. Brought drinks and salad that was ordered. Very good crisp salad dressing...homemade thousand island. Ordered pizza at same time as salad and it took 45 minutes to get it. Ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and half giardiniera pizza, and split a side house salad. The salad was fresh and delicious. The italian dressing was a bit too sweet for my taste but with good flavor. The pizza was equally delicious, and I love their crust. Our waiter, Tom, was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was family-friendly but somewhat loud. I definitely recommend you come try a slice or two. Free parking. Tinley Park location was clean and welcoming. Server Gabby was phenomenal! My date & I had different toppings, but she got it right! Caesar Salad was plentiful & delicious.
