We visited Lotus at Ramada Hotel to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and gives an elegant yet welcoming vibe.
Our server Tina was excellent as were the front desk attendants. One of the front desk attendants quite graciously assisted in photographer duties.
The birthday girl got a complimentary cheesecake adorned with candles. It was accompanied by a nice happy birthday tune from Tina and birthday music played overhead. She really enjoyed it.
We chose the shrimp spring rolls, fish soup, snapper and salmon. We enjoyed the fish soup and salmon the most. Birthday girl said and I quote, 'soup smelled and tasted like grandma's'. Overall the food was pretty good and affordable. You can get a 3 course meal (depending on the choices) for about $60 USD per person. That is pretty good in comparison to other hotel's restaurants.
It was a very nice experience and we will certainly returned.

Three stars is generous, however I'm assuming the poor service, lack of available menu items, and lackluster food preparation is due to the hotel/restaurant recently opening for business. The hotel and restaurant are absolutely stunning; the food experience itself was anything but.
