Came here for lunch as part of checking out the area when visiting the daughter and her family. Of the four restaurants I went to in three days this was by far the best and the one most worth revisiting. Ordered a lot to have something to take back. Wonton soup (very flavorful). Shrimp lo mein (actually I ordered the chicken but they brought me shrimp) and shrimp with lobster sauce (although it was in a brown sauce and I prefer the traditional Cantonese white sauce). The food although very pricey, is top quality. Drinks are great too. On this visit their dishwasher was broken so they were serving on paper plates and with plastic flatware which was a little tacky and detracted from the experience. But next time I am visiting I will definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Clean neighborhood restaurant with great service. Used to offer decent sushi and nice buffet options, but food today was disappointing as most dishes were salty and overcooked, chewy. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Always dependable food. The staff is highly attentive (Calvin always takes it to the next level for us). One realizes pretty quickly that 80 percent of the guests are habitual patrons. That gives you a good feeling, knowing that so many people are drawn to the place. Hospitality, not just good service. Pretty special! Among the best Asian food I have ever had! Fresh flavor, tender meat crunchy veggies. Our server was delightful. A little pricey but it was worth it with large helpings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Pros: Atmosphere, and cleanliness! My kids love this place, we did too until last week. The manager lady and a teen customer service kiddo were excellent. Cons: Well, will limit just to terrible service. Waitress was unbelievably provoking. ‘‘Twas my husband’s birthday. We jumped to order appetizers, entree and drink all at once because we were starving. I am a vegetarian and ordered schezwan tofu on the waitress’s suggestion, it was outright inedible. My husband ordered Coors light. She brought Budlight. When asked the waitress was like, “so what?” My son wanted to surprise my husband and went to her and asked for a birthday dessert with candle, waitress refused but the manager jumped in to correct her. Finally when we started singing the birthday song, the waitress brought the bill in front of our camera and decided to stay until my husband signed it (that’s fine if she pretended to smile at the very least!) She then made sure of the tip all smack in front of the camera and bend over again to talk. The bill was $160 for the 4 of us. She perhaps is not used to dealing with a private family birthday dinner? The worst is yet to come, she was clanging the cutlery and cleaning our table during the birthday song! Let’s give her the benefit of doubt about culture and ethics, but a waitress not knowing to correct the order, fill up empty water glass, asking how everything is.. is basics in any country and language. We came home laughing however so amazed by her odd behavior. We tried to find a silver lining so we don’t embed this about 2023 birthday memory! We will go back but ask for a different waiter/waitress if they assign her again. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Food well prepared but accompanying sides missing. No rice for 3 dinners, only 1 packet hot mustard & 7 (7!!) soy sauce pks included with food. Unfortunately it was takeout, so too late to take back tip given with payment. Busy kitchen no excuse. Disappointing service. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 2
Suburban sister restaurant of Changsho (Cambridge, MA) with a similar but not identical menu. The restaurant has a bar and two dining rooms — the large dining room can host banquets. The food is much better than the Chinese food one usually gets elsewhere, but is also more expensive. Ample parking on site and pleasant interior. The restaurant is a nice recent addition to my regular rotation in MetroWest. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Wow!! First time at this restaurant 😋 The atmosphere was peaceful and the decor inside was beautiful. The server was friendly and the food and drinks were awesome. We started off with warm Sake and a Scorpion bowl for one. The apps were so tasty and well done. They were Salt and Pepper Chicken wings, Salt and Pepper Calamari, Boneless Spare Ribs, Edamame and topped it off with Shanghai Greens in Garlic sauce 😋 we also tried the Exotic Mai Tai & the Maitini. omg goooooood. I will definitely be coming back to LOTUS BLOSSOM to enjoy other items in the menu!! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50

I decided to try take out from here instead of our usual go-to in Wayland— just to try something different. I was very disappointed to have spent $200 and have most of my guests disappointed at a family party. The beef was chewy, the chicken was tough, and overall the food was very salty. Lesson learned and back to my trusted Asian restaurant I will go. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
