We had a wonderful experience!!! We signed up for the TikiTour, unfortunately we were the only ones that day. Instead of canceling they offered us a private tour. Mike was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and fun! Thank you for a beautiful tour!

Oh my gosh. The owner is truly a class act. We (me, wife, and newborn baby) went to this place for whale watching. We had no idea what we were getting into. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything necessary to actually enjoy the trip. He gave us jackets, waters, etc. to make sure the experience was just right for us. My wife was terrified but she rode it out to the end because the captain knew how to handle some incredibly choppy waves as if Aquaman is his dad. I could go on and on but I’ll end on this note; you are in extraordinarily hood hands with this group of extremely personable, compassionate, kind, and all around professionals. You won’t regret betting on these guys. And, listen, we didn’t even see whales but they went so far out of their way for us. They will genuinely care for you and about your experience. Spend your time and money here because they will appreciate it above all else.

Customer service is horrible. They suck! We drove over form the valley to treat my mom to lunch and a harbor Cruise. I Tried to purchase tickets on the phone when we arrived in Morro Bay but they wouldn't let me. They said tickets are first come first serve. I walked with Mom six blocks because there was no parking spaces available. 90 years old trying to navigate sidewalk construction with a walker only to find out that they didn't have anymore room on the boat when we arrived. And to top it off, they raised tickets from $10 to $25 a person. When Captain Stew passed away, (there competition) the good bay cruise. Lost Isle started taking complete advantage of everyone, charging twice as much and offering no additional service. It's nuts not to be able to reserve a seat/ticket. No idea how difficult it was for my mom to get there, it ruined the entire trip! I will never ever use Lost Isle again. I hope your boat sinks! I would discourage anyone else from using this business as well. Worthless, absolutely worthless!

A last minute mini bachelor party for my brother turned into a silly hour on a boat with a great bartender, captain, sea otters, and sea lions. We loved it. Thanks for the great views and pics!

What a fantastic family tour! About 30-45 minutes long which is perfect, they have a cocktail and mock-tail bartender that makes some delicious libations. The host is witty, very educated about Morrow Bay and the surrounding areas, and just a pleasure to listen to. Highly recommended! You should go put your name in early because they have a minimum number of guests before they take off, so getting on the list helps yourself and other tour takers. Very friendly staff, fun put around boat, and who knew those otters were on the brink of extinction?!? So cute and playful. We got a really nice close up view of two pups and their momma.
Sometimes the unexpected finds and unplanned ventures pan out to be better than anything planned! We had no agenda and stumbled on this friendly guy at a little stand at the top of some stairs leading to a cute little old pontoon boat done up with Tiki decor, a bar area for a bartender, and bench seating for guests. We were offered a sunset cocktail cruise leaving in an hour for only $20 each. The tour would include a cruise around the bay, close ups to the Sea Otters and Sea Lions, and a buzz of Morro Rock while catching a sunset and being served fun theme styled cocktails. It was everything promised and more! We were kindly allowed to bring snacks and the personable bartender made me a fun non-alcoholic drink to enjoy while everyone else enjoyed her fun alcoholic concoctions. The captain/ tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and quite the witty comedian with an excellent choice in music! Everything was just fabulous! Best $20 spontaneous tour to date!! We would like to return and do the day tour! Good people with good spirits :-)

We were having dinner at one of the restaurants near by around 6pm. I just so happen to look up and see a floating tiki bar drive on by with music playing. Wondering what to do next with our evening I instantly googled the tikki in Morro Bay. Lost Isle adventures came up so I called them to see when their next tour was. They fortunately had a few spots left and the 7 o'clock sunset tour was adults only. $20 per person we reserved spots for both of us. The 2 tour guides were very helpful and took us around the Bay and close up to the seals. They poured us drink, made us laugh and overall this impromptu decision was the best time we had other than the Hearst Castle tour. We were fortunate to visit in April on a clear calm evening. They said the weather doesn't get any better. I was able to take many awesome photos of Morro rock and share them here for everybody to enjoy.
