We were so blessed to discover this wonderful place. The kindness and love shines through even the scooping of an ice cream cone.
We had some more adventurous items like #45 the cucumber split and it was amazing!
The fried ice cream is the “good kind” that is more than just cornflakes, it is what you hope fried ice cream should be.
We brought our grandsons and then returned a week later with our granddaughter.
It is worth the detour heading up to Portland.
The flan is perfectly creamy and delicious. The owner said she makes it homemade. I would very much suggest this place if you want some delicious Mexican deserts. They have many other options if flan isn't your favorite, but I would suggest trying it.
Please don't tell my grandkids grandma been going without them. Say yum. Who new we had this secret place hidden off the road. From fresh and fruit, cakes, ice cream, to Mexican fries sh sh don't tell I love the place. Yummy

I just visited here for the first time, and the woman who helped me was so friendly! When I asked for this tres leches cake, she suggested adding some strawberries to it, and I'm so glad she did. The cake is absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be visiting again!
I really do not like to give low or bad reviews. Though I think it should be brought to attention. The ice cream side of this establishment was not our best experience. I had an ice cream sundae, 2 scoops of ice cream, nuts and whip cream. Chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge? That should have been a red flag, though partially my fault for accepting it. Ice cream was lacking flavor, no peanuts for a sundae, no hot fudge & poor quality ice cream. In one of the best parts of the country for creameries. The rest of the establishment & very friendly staff is what gives this place its charm. I would frequent here again & get a Mexican dessert if I were to come back through Oregon.
I don't experiment much. But I love their cups of strawberries with cream and their flans. Totally worth the visit imo.

Flan
I walked into dessert heaven today. I’ve never seen so many options on a menu and had to take a few minutes to decide what I wanted to try. Then she said she had fresh made Flan, say no more. This was the creamiest most flavorful Flan i’ve ever had, just amazing.
So! Good! My partner and I have been looking for mangonada's everywhere and stopped in today to treat ourselves to just that. The space is so welcoming and lovely, smells delicious, and I couldn't help but sit there drooling over the entire menu while enjoying myself to a lovely mangonada. Thank you! Can't wait to come again.
