I would love to give more stars as the ceviche was amazing and so full of the best flavors, the soft tacos and cheese quesadillas were good. My problem is that we ordered 2 margaritas and they tasted like pure orange juice with no alcohol. Luckily we had tequila at home to turn them into actual margaritas and the salsa tasted like puréed tomatoes with no additional flavors. First ordering from them and I drove from Clio because I wanted ceviche. Maybe it’s better if you dine in but I feel like the quality should be the same either way. Very disappointed! Waited to be seated, hostess asked "how many?" I said "3 please". She said "ok, we are cleaning a booth now" Still waiting 7-10 minutes... 4 adults and 2 small children came in and waited a few minutes when hostess ask "how many?" 5 minutes later, the hostess by-passed us and seated the others 1st. I thought how very rude towards the customers that were there first waiting 10-15 minutes for a table. We walked out and will take our service some elsewhere. First time here and I must say this place is a hidden gem! The food is truly sensational. The chips and salsa was very authentic! The Mexican Dip was amazing with the shrimp and steak. The rice and beans were very good! The mangonada drink was a ten out of ten! The birria tacos were cooked to perfection BUT the consume was NOT IT at all. Not even a little bit. It was not the right color and the taste was completely off! They need to try something different with the consume. My brother had the fajitas and he said they were good. The service was warm and friendly! Our waitress was very attentive. I will be back soon for another beautiful experience. I can't get enough of Los Cabos. From the welcoming smiles that greet you at the door to the delicious food and drinks. The Pina Al Pastor Tacos are among the best I've ever had. The food was awesome. When we had the gentleman waiter he was very attentive and quick. But our original server who was female and her name starts with a g. She was very unattentive. I had to ask her over 2-3 times for different items that we had already asked for in the beginning. It did not happen once, not twice, not even three times. Times. Four times this happened. She did not come and check to see if our food was good. Where we okay at one point in time I had to get up to go find her. She's a sweet girl but, needs to be a little more attentive so customers do not have to get up and look for her when they're trying to find an item They've already asked for more than two three times. I would not have said anything if this was not my second experience as having her with my server. The same thing happened before it wasn't as bad as this last time. But, she just needs to be a little more attentive and remember stuff when her table asked her for things. Waitressing is not easy. Two of us at that table are former waitresses. So, we know to ask the waitress for things early on so we're not running her back and forth unnecessarily. Other than that, the food and atmosphere was awesome as usual. Thank you so much.
