Food and Service were both Excellent!! Thought there was going to be a wait but walked right in and got a table. It's been a few years since I've ate at LongHorn due to the food and service kinda went down hill. They have gotten better on food,service,and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Order came out with no issues. Was able to substitute an extra side instead of salad which was really helpful. Usually have to be patient with service and they will take care of you. We eat here consistently. The food is always good, thankfully. The one thing that gets under our skin is the bathrooms. The Male, and Female restrooms are ALWAYS disgusting- I mean every… single… time. Very foul smell. Pee literally everywhere (both bathrooms). Floor is always disgusting. Was tempted to leave a 3-star review, but don’t want to turn people away from the delicious food. Please clean your restrooms better. Had a small mishap. However, the manager cleared everything right up! Gave us a complimentary appetizer and we were blessed to meet Cherelle, our server. She was absolutely amazing!!! Attentive, kind, and courteous. Food was delicious!!! Steak so tender I didn't even have to cut it. This goes to show how important good customer service, manager, and chefs are! I thought I had remembered Longhorn as a really loose, casual place where you could throw peanut shells on the floor (and I know a lot of those places are still around). But this was much more upscale. On this visit the food was superior--everything was great, and our server was just the best! Her name is Erica. Prices are a little high. But so are prices everywhere these days. Highly recommend it. No need to dress up, either. You can still dress casual, but the food tasted very upscale!
