Ms and my family had a reservations for 6 o’clock did not get seated to 630. I understand we had a large family some of the food, far as the steak came back either too done or not done enough I asked for a medium well steak and got a medium rare steak. Ask them for another one, but then ask them for it to go when I got home it was well done and it was the same steak. I will not be back! I love longhorn in other counties. This one is not good. Ordered French onion soup, came out luke warm, asked to have it heated in microwave, remade second Time came out Luke warm at most. Finally I think they warmed it up in microwave it was perfect. Then order parm chicken 12oz, topped with mushroom and onions, when when the waiter notices the issue before I do there is already a problem. Worst longhorn I have ever been at, and I use to work for the company, this standard of food would not cut at my home longhorn!!! Just sad. I still paid full price. Was excited to see lamb chops were back. It took a long time to get order and once we got it the lamb chops were rare. The waitress said she could take them back and put on grill and I said that was unsanitary and would burn with the nasty gravy they put on it. I canceled my order but my daughter asked for another made medium well. It came out rarer than the 1st. We just brought it home and finished cooking ourselves. This is the only thing I like at longhorn so I won't be back. The manager never came back to check either but the waitress was great. Corrina F. gave us terrible service tonight. She was being extremely smart mouth since we got there. When we were ordering instead of just saying “ok” when informing that we’d like the steak well done and not burnt she decided to get smart. When coming back out with the food she got smart with my mom again. Then when we were eating I wanted to order desserts, but I literally had to cut her off to ask for it because she was rushing us to say how the checks were going and how may boxes we needed. We felt rushed. When paying, my mom had a gift card and we had two different receipts and three different cards one was for one receipt and the gift and bank card was for the other receipt. Since they were all in the same tab book my mom informed her how we wanted the payments to go. Corrina decided to get smart and walk away mumbling “well that’s common sense” but didn’t expect for any of us to hear. Me and my little sister heard her and when she came back I told her “Next time say it louder or to our faces.” My mom then had a talk with her about what she said when she brought the desserts and instead of just apologizing or saying that she didn’t mean it in that way she continued to get smart saying “well it was common sense” so then my mom said “well how about I fix your tooth…is that common sense.” All of this could’ve been avoided had she just given us good service from the jump. The cook and all of the others working in the kitchen have it together as the food was delicious. However the hostess didn't record our name when we initially arrived. It was only after we returned to see where we were at on the list this was figured out. Others were also checking in with her every 15-20 minutes. It was as if she went lethargic after the 6:30 rush. There was noticeable difficulty with tables not being bussed for the next guest as when we sat down there were at least 4 tables that hadn't been cleared and all except 1 remained like this throughout our meal. It wasn't until the 9:30 mark with about 6 families eating that they seemed to shift to clearing tables. Maybe it was an exhausting evening for the staff as there were multiple large birthday celebrations. I've never worked in food service and usually dine out prior to 6 p.m. so maybe this is typical? The steak had a great season even though it was cooked past medium temperature. The burger was drab. I had the parmesan crusted chicken and ribs with broccoli which was all lovely. Poor customer service. Wasn’t acknowledged I walked up to the greeter asked if I could be placed on waiting list at 7:00pm on Valentine’s Day and she said no they were at full capacity. With the location closing at 10 or 11 I could still be on the waiting list. Plus other groups were already leaving. Oh well just sharing my experience. I understand you all were busy. It’s about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The foods and the service were decent. I had the fillet which was tender and flavorful, and my wife had the crusted chicken breast, which is also very good. My steak was just warm when it came to the table but not the end of the world. I have never eaten at Longhorn so we thought we would try it. We were seated quickly, but at a tight table in the middle of the room. That already is not very enjoyable. Most people want a booth, but they were all full. I love steak. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin. It was pretty good. Nice and buttery but could have used more seasoning. My fries were not hot but I ate them anyway. My husband had ribs. He thought they were pretty good. It was all pretty good, but for the cost and tight dining room I would not go again. Steak is my favorite food and this was just okay. I thought it would be great at a steakhouse. The wall decorations were cool. The waitress was very hard to find when you needed anything and not very personable.
