We love Longhorn and were looking forward to our post Valentines dinner but were disappointed. Te steak wasn’t well done and broccoli was hard. We had to send our food back. Upon giving food back, broccoli softer as previously requested but all parts of steak still not well done and dry. We order this meal every time and no issues until this visit at this location. Ordered molten lava cake which is our favorite and it was slightly different. It was lacking the chocolate shavings and syrup and the ice cream was barely a scoop. This was a disappointing experience. Improvements are definitely needed. I used to love Longhorn steak house, but this location has disappointed me many times. Yesterday I gave it one last chance until I gave up on it for good, and it was the same as before. Nice place for a couple to enjoy a good meal. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Food cooked to perfection. Girlfriend couldn't believe how soft n tender her chicken was. She even like my stake( she hates beef🤯). Food was great. Only problem was that my Mac and cheese did not come at the same time as my dinner. It arrived about 10 minutes later. Other than that, food is great.
