Food was good but not exceptional. When the food arrived some of it was cold and we never saw the waitress until she dropped off the bill.

My Churrasco (skirt steak) was supposed to be 10oz. I believe their weight scale needs calibration.$37.00. WAY overpriced!!
The chicken tenders were the best.
Unlimited bread? Not once were ww asked if we wanted more bread

Consistently wonderful tastes just like 1999. The only thing I'll complain about is that the menu says desserts come with Häagen-Dazs ice cream but then when you order it's 100% not Häagen-Dazs so they're lying to the customers. Häagen-Dazs is never yellow Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream is made with 5 ingredients and one is real cream. If you're going to say that you're selling Häagen-Dazs then you should be sure that you're at least using high grade ice cream. Tastes different when it's a lie 🤥

We ordered two ribeye dinners well done. We waited about an hour for our food. It was not busy at the time we went. My husband’s steak was rare so it was sent back, my steak was warm not hot. We waited 30 minutes for his steak to get cooked right and when his steak was brought out, the steak was still red. Sent back a second time, waited another 30 minutes. By this time my husband was frustrated and had lost his appetite and asked for a box so he can take it home. He told the waitress we were not happy with the service. For the price we paid for that very expensive dinner, we expected better service. We left a good tip even though the service was awful.

Haven't been to a LongHorn in PR yet, since I arrived 9 years ago. My last experience with this restaurant was in New Jersey. The food was very good at the correct temperature. I do not revisit restaurants that do not serve food at the right temperature. That tells me they do not care. If a plate is supposed to be hot, don't serve it warm. It ruins the moment. I ordered the appetizers that my family enjoys, the chicken rolls. They are so good! Our meals were served in a timely manner and the temperature and flavors were very good, just like in Jersey. They had country music playing in the background, which I enjoyed. The server was courteous and served us very well. The beer was very cold, as it should be. The only thing that will keep me from going back on a regular basis, is the prices. They are higher than expected. So this for me is a once or twice in a year, place to visit.

The attention and the food were great. The food was hot and there were no mistakes and the waiting was reasonable. The staff was really friendly and the food recommendation was delicious. I recommend this place!

Quality of salads is declining, service too. Meat always undercooked on the last two visits. Their signature salad, had 25% semi spoiled lettuce leaves, on both visits. The waitress took over 15 minutes to return to our table and the manager had to take our order. This happened about a month ago and we gave the restaurant a rest since we used to go on a weekly basis. Our next visit will be in a few months.
