Everything was delicious. And the place was clean, well lit, and quiet. The only reason for a 4-star rating is that the waitress we had seemed so uninterested in being there and interrupted us when ordering. I love going to longhorns,especially for their filet. Great portion size. A least for me. Great service. If something cooked wrong, they will do it over with no question asked. You really need to check it out you won’t be disappointed. And the lunch menu does cost less. The best steak I have had in quite a while. Our waiter was amazing, attentive but not at the table every two minutes. The appetizers and drinks were great as well. May be a "chain" restaurant, but blew a lot of the local must visit places out of the water. I came today, 2/5/24 for an early dinner with a friend. The food was excellent. Unfortunately the service wasn't. We were there for about an hour, arriving at 4:00. The dining room was mostly empty. Our waitress came to our table, within 15 minutes of our food arrival to asked if we wanted boxes! She then stopped 2 more times to ask how we were "doing"and paced by our booth several more times . It was quite obvious that she was trying to hurry us out. Extremely rude, especially because the place wasn't even busy then. I will go back but, if that same waitress has my table, I will ask to be seated elsewhere. We have been going to longhorns for years. We usually sit at the bar with Deb, she's amazing! We always have a good meal and drinks! Tonight we went with a party of six. I ordered the parmesion encrusted chicken. Always my favorite! It was burned and crunchy. My husband ordered a steak. The waitress asked if he wanted the small one or the bone in, the long horn. He wanted the bone in. She brought him the small one. He returned it. She brought him the bone in, it was thin and grisly. Very disappointed tonight! Not saying we will never go back, but the waitress argued with us, like we ordered the wrong thing and never checked in after serving.

Our family of 4 just had dinner at the Auburn, Maine location and Josh P was our server. He suggested spicy chicken bites for our app and they were AMAZING! He was just as AMAZING! Very attentive and great personality!! Food was soo yummy! And they were really busy! Thank you for a great family experience!! We will be back for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very pleasant atmosphere and servers. I always get my steak the way I ask for it. Went there again last night and got my regular. They're still as good as always. If you haven't tried them yet, put it on your bucket list. Food was good, and the service was top-notch. The decor was a bit stuffy and bland. Prices were as expected for the environment. This is a decent steakhouse masquerading as a high-end steakhouse. The food was good but not necessarily equal to the price. Would go again with a group if that was the choice. Would not take the wife on a date. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I have to say every time my husband and I go here, we are always satisfied with the service and food. Yesterday was my Birthday and I was surprised from the manager Jason with a big hug, a gift, and he made sure I had a special drink. He is always so sweet and makes us glad we went. Also the Bartenders are always right on on being there with an upbeat attitude along with the waitresses and waiters. We always buy drinks, appetizers and of course the main meals that we never have a problem with. Today's experience was great! Last time, not so much. But I'm updating to 5 because I feel it was redeemed. Our server was amazing. So kind and very fast. Our food came faster than ever and we actually enjoyed every part of it so much. Last time we ended up leaving more than half our food on the table when we left because it was that bad but not this time! We had the burgers and loaded potato soup as well as the Strawberry Shortcake and wow we are so impressed. I'm so happy we gave this restaurant another try.
