Their steaks are almost always tender and tasty. The waitress suggested that I try their fire-grilled steak. I did for the first time and it was fabulous. She also (without asking her) brought me an extra portion of Caesar sauce to go with my Caesar salad, said that she thought the salad sometimes were prepared slightly dry. She was watching out for us, and we tipped her accordingly. The fresh bread broccoli and the potato soup were also excellent! I usually order to go, but tonight my husband and I decided to dine in. We had the absolute best server, named Fornide! We were thoroughly impressed with her service, attention, care, concern, all of the above. She made sure we were not just satisfied, but thrilled with our dine in experience. We decided to eat lunch for Valentines Day today. My husband and I shared a T-bone, loaded mashed potatoes, and the Brussel sprouts. Our daughter had the chicken tenders with fries. It was delicious and our waitress was very friendly. I was disappointed when I didn't find toilet seat covers in the bathroom. We used our Christmas gift cards. We met my dad here for dinner tonight. We had a good experience. The waitress was nice and did a good job keeping the drinks filled. The appetizer, salad and entrees all came out in a decent amount of time. Everyone's steak was cooked correctly and all the food was delicious. The spinach dip appetizer was very good too.

Roaches and rude management. Cold and burned food. I would strongly suggest they retrain or let Philip(Manager) go before he ruin this restaurant any further. Sat down at the table and was greeted by a German cockroach before the waiter. The waiter notified the manager because he witnessed the incident as he approached the table. The manager was rude and not empathetic at all. He told the waiter to move us or we could just leave, he said that they cleaned the carpet and that’s why the roaches are coming out.They even sat another couple at the table without clean the smushed roach up, and they had to move. I’ll spare the rest of the details of this experience but think twice before dining here. I will drive out of my way before I dine here ever again thanks to the manager. I’m reasonable and would have given it another shot later but his attitude is trash. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first-time at this location. I only ordered the Spinach Dip and pita chips The Dip was cold. Chips fried extra hard. I had it at another location and it was delicious. It looks as though some one had order it this morning and then they gave it to me this afternoon and just didn't feel like making a new order.. I only gave 2 stars because the young girl who took my order was extremely nice. But I literally wasted my money. Check out the Dip from the order below mine. Her Dip is fresh mine is old and rubbery. Smh I would take it back but I have to go to work. Edit- I just want to add I called in to tell the Mgr and he He took care of it. I was so upset because now I don't have time to stop and get something else to eat. It’s been over 20 years since I dined in here, so I cannot say anything about the customer service, but my family and I have enjoyed eating here, in the past. This is for mobile order, only, so I’m only going to discuss the food. I’ve recently ordered the BBQ Chicken & Shrimp and I gotta say… it’s probably the best BBQ chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve enjoyed the chicken at Texas Roadhouse, but – and I’m not disparaging their food, here – compared to the chicken at Longhorn, it’s a little drier. Of course, everything else about my meal were savory, as well – everything was properly seasoned and it’s one of the few times where a meal has put me in a very good mood. From the outside, this location seems small as it's a part of a strip mall. However, the inside is very open with lots of seating. My party of 8 was seated immediately. Jocelyne (our waitress) was absolutely amazing! She helped with our birthday celebration by taking our cake to the kitchen and lighting the candles for it to be a surprise. She was extremely friendly and continued to check on us. The food came out pretty fast & was delicious! I ordered the spinach dip (my new favorite) & the peppercorn sirloin salad. My friend decided to take me here since it was my first time ever and I must say it was amazing! Especially going in an hr before they closed! We thought we would get the “bottom of the barrel” type of food, but everything was hot and fresh still! Our server Madison was so sweet and very observant with us and I appreciate her so much for that! When you come to this location, ask for her! She made it very welcoming! A nice Family restaurant in downtown douglasville. The service was good. I got the cheeseburger and it tasted authentic. The quarter pound meat was cooked to perfection There’s a bit of wait for the food to come in. So, be prepared. But that’s not to take away from the standard of the food or quality.
