We went here for my friend's birthday and had an amazing time! Our server Paulina was so friendly, kind and helpful. I would very much recommend sitting in her section. My friend and I had the Flo's filet with a lobster tail. All was delicious, especially the filet. It was so juicy and tender! We also had an appetizer, salad, and wine. Everything came out with perfect timing. My friend had a birthday sundae and we were treated with care. 10/10 recommend eating here, you won't regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long Horn. It's tough to be hard on them with such an amazing staff. The food was good I wouldn't say amazing and I wouldn't say mid grade either. It's somewhere in between that like an 8 or 7.5 the atmosphere gave me fast food vibes because of the quick nature of everything and with the tables being so close we had a party of 6 I was bumping into another party of 6 behind me. So tight in there it was hard to enjoy my food and the company at the same time. I don't believe it was my size playing a factor either. With so many people waiting to even get seated I think they have the metrics to prove to corporate that people will come. And if you build it bigger or just expand it would be that much better. We were visiting KC and we stopped here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was nice, roomy, and inviting. We had great service and the food was amazing. I had a new lunch menu item which was a crunchy chicken breast with a side of fries and it was delicious. My family had steaks and they were tender, tasty and, cooked as ordered. Loved the service, the food, and the atmosphere was another level. I would definitely say it's worth a visit if you're looking for great value and a good experience.
