I have to say I have not been here in 3 months after our last encounter. We had a very bad experience the last time. Took too long to get to us and no drinks for a while just horrible. This time was very different indeed. Our server Ryan was excellent and very attentive to our requests. Our food was excellent and it was top notch service. We need more people like Ryan to make ur day when dining. It was our waitress first night and we were actually one of her first tables! She did an amazing job! Very polite! She was attentive to her tables and her customers needs! I recently visited this steakhouse with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell far short of them. I ordered a Longhorn steak cooked to medium, but what arrived at my table was a thin, overcooked piece of white meat. To make matters worse, I had to send it back, and the wait for the replacement was excruciatingly long. By the time my friends finished their meals, I still hadn't received my food. Frustrated and disappointed, I had no choice but to cancel my order. This was an incredibly disappointing dining experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and good service. I hadn't ate here for a few year's and took my wife today. We both had Ribeyes, Stuffed Mushrooms and Shrimp. Everything was very good! So much so that I asked the waitress to tell the grill cook the steak was great. She was very nice and very prompt. Nice atmosphere. Great food. Friendly host at the door this time. The waitress was pretty slow about checking on us throughout our meal considering it was slow. I was waiting for a refill for a while and had to ask for it when she finally came to our table. She had a very dry way of communicating. Usually it's pretty upbeat and friendly. It wouldn't stop us from going back though. It's one of our favorite restaurants! Great food! Love this place, I always get the outlaw ribeye and the steamed broccoli as a side. The bread is always good to. I have never had a bad experience here no matter what time of day it is. This is my wife's favorite steak place to so win, win. Love the LongHorn Steakhouse chain, we came here back in September and this location did not disappoint. Atmosphere, service and food were all really good. I got the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfect! Our waitress was on point and kept the table clear an deinks full. The server was great. Really helpful and nice. My French onion soup was good and my birthday dessert. I will not be going back for steak. My steak has a swamp of finishing sauce as see called it.
