I ordered a meal of roast pork with lo mein and got this. I've been sick with my stomach for 2 days. I think I got a bacteria. The pork was burned and had an old taste. They also gave me chicken and I didn't order chicken. The rice was really tasteless. I don't think it's healthy for someone to eat here.
Pretty nice food.
Specifics: Their fried noodles and rices holds that great smokey quality, vegetables are crisp and fresh, and they use local "chadon beni" Culantro in their food which is different for a Chinese restaurant in Trinidad.
Meats were cooked good, nothing fancy but super consistent. Good temperature nothing was over or undercooked.
Service is friendly especially the nice male cashier who gave our daughter a snack while we waited. I hope they continue to maintain their consistency and give great Chinese food with some island influences.
Food is tasty and good. Takes call in orders. Quick. Always a good 'back-up' plan for meals. Relatively affordable as well.
