Google will send you to a random apartment building! The address is right but the location is wrong. Sounds crazy but it’s true. We tried it on two different phones. Even the google picture of it is wrong. Lola’s actually located inside the city center area across from Middlesex Savings Bank.
Anyways upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Flannery and she helped us with explaining everything this traditional Italian groceriea had to offer. We went in to try a couple of gluten-free cannolis and came out with well over $150 of frozen dinners! Why? Becaue Flannery sold us on how well everything is prepared at this establishment. Lola’s is very lucky to have her as an employee. She is very knowledgeable, outgoing and inviting.
It was so cool finding this little gem randomly on a Sunday afternoon.
UPDATE!
We just got done eating a frozen chicken piccata and 2 cannolis for dessert - WOW - tastes like my wife’s Italian Grandfather just made it all fresh. So good!
