I placed a pick up order over the phone. I stated that I'd like a big salad, with any and all vegetables added that they could..like, peppers, mushrooms, just any and all vegetables. The lady laughed and asked if I wanted lettuce. Puzzled, I said yes, and the croutons and everything in the regular basic salad. She then asked if I wanted bacon bits, I said yes please. I also ordered Jalapeno poppers. She said to give them 15 minutes. I was in town, so waited in the parking lot. While waiting, witnessed kitchen employees, one in his apron, standing outside smoking the whole time. I went to the window, gave the lady my card, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said yes, $5. Now keep in mind I'm expecting a big salad! I assumed they were going to hook it up! I expected the price to reflect that as well. I paid $19 (including $5 tip) for a small side salad that included some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, LOTS of cheese (more cheese than lettuce), 2 mushrooms, 2 strips of roasted red pepper, no croutons, no bacon bits. And the Jalapeno poppers, which were just fine. I've never been given marinara sauce with Jalapeno poppers, but it was good. I wanted to give my business to a small local establishment but I feel I'd have been better off going to subway. Very disappointed. Standards should be higher.

Despite other good reviews our lunch experience was really poor. My wife’s full rack of ribs was so tough the supplied steak knife would not cut it. Hush puppies were mealy. Waitress was OK at first before vanishing into Snapchat and was not seen again. No salt & pepper on tables, what’s up with that? Not cheap either. We were very disappointed.
