We found Little Shop of Burgers yesterday! There is construction but if you just get on Center and go to the end there it is. Food was the real deal. Juicy, messy burgers with crispy onion rings. Just what we needed. The atmosphere is interesting and if you are a movie buff you'll love it. Staff is friendly and attentive. But the burgers ! 🍔 Amazing! Came to this place based on several recommendations, social media videos and tiktok. To start, the atmosphere was A-OK, as is themed in all kinds of horror posters and items of the like, my boys like it. For me, this place lacks of actual service to their customers. They sit you and take forever to attend your table. We placed our order, and took more than 45min for them to even put it on the grill! We ordered 3 burgers and it takes that long?? It's ridiculous!! Service is definitely slacking to give attention to their tables. Place wasn't packed at all to be this slow to get orders and cook them in a timely manner. Once we finally got our burgers, they were very tasty and definitely packing flavor. Based on the food I do recommend this place. Based on THE EXPERIENCE AND PLACE, I don't recommend this spot at all. I don't think we would ever come back again based on today's experience. Dont trust the online menu, it doesn't match what they serve. Ordered for carry out. Burgers ok. Ordered side salads, as im not supposed to eat fries...paid extra for dressing! Supposed to eat it without? Salad in same box as burger,so totally wilted when I got home. Ordered "fangs" menu doesn't say half of what you're paying for is COLD fries! Fangs served with garlic butter (not sauce) but thank God it was on the side as it was so strong, it was unpalatable. Generally give a restaurant a second chance, but not this one. REPLY TO OWNER I have never been to your restaurant. I don't live in Casper and have only been to this town a few times. I picked up my food in less than 35 minutes from ordering and was told to give you 30 to prepare. I only had to go 3 minutes to where I was eating so the food didn't change much from pich up to opening. I called a couple times because I had a couple complaints. I never used any expletives. But i was mad that i had such bad food and now bad service. I did get my salad dressing, but I have never had to pay extra for it when ordering a salad. I certainly didnt get any extra! Lovely open space with a delectable assortment of custom artisan burgers. Should they not be entertaining enough, one can find themselves easily lost in the horror story style decorum... And last but most certainly not least they have a high vibing and attentive hostess with the mostess. Update: The menu name for the chicken burger I ordered is “freak Show.” I was kind in my review and did not provide all the details for my experience. The tables were dirty, there were a few flies in the restaurant and my waitress brought her daughter to work with her. Walking around with a small child while working is not appropriate for work. The ketchup, homemade or not, was as good as the fries, disgusting. I stand by my prior review. The owners comments on my generous three star review says a lot about what they think of their customers. I was not the only customer in the restaurant disappointed with their service and food. Now I will not be back, although I leave nearby. The chicken burger was really good and so was the regular burger. I did not like the seasoning on the fries. Just salt would have been good. Service was very slow, the ice machine was broken so we had no ice in our drinks. The staff never filled our drinks and were just standing around. I had to go to the counter to get my check. This place has amazing and big burgers! Our waiter, Shaun, did a great job! The decor is not for everyone, but I found it fun! The place is nicely kept and clean! The waiter was mid. The food; burgers were frozen and not even seasoned, gross. The atmosphere was so creepy and weird it just threw my whole appetite off. Should have ran when I saw creepy dolls and Halloween horror material every where! Unless you lean on the side of darkness, stay away! Traveling across the country and found this place on Google while planning our lunch stop for the day. So glad we stopped in. The kids had so much fun checking out all the decor. The food was great and generous portions. I had a Ripper (BBQ Chicken) sandwich and opted for Penny Fries (fried thin pickle spears) and they were delicious. Highly recommend this place! This place is super! The theme, the feel, the food, the service. Great serving size. This is their garlic parm fries appetizer, so yummy!. Excellent! A special thanks for their patriotic spirit.
