I ordered a LOT of pizza, 15 boxes of a large variety as well as 7 bags of crazy bread and 10 sodas for a company party. I ordered in advance and they had it all ready early and perfectly cooked! This is the second time in the last two month they've asked me to pull around to wait for my Italian cheese bread only to forget about me. Both times, after about 15 minutes of waiting, I've had to walk in and sure enough it's ready and has been sitting there getting cold because they simply forgot I was waiting like they asked.

I have no idea what's happened to this location, it used to be amazing. It used to have friendly customer service and the pizza was always done nicely. Ordered a deep dish Hawaiian today and it was raw. I called and the manager said 'oh its just a little underdone.' No. Its raw. Literally the first layer of cheese is not even melted, the dough has more pull than the cheese. (We actually thought it was cheese at first.)Went back a few hours later to pick up another one, just got home and its raw again!Not only is it unsafe to consume especially for small children, its ridiculous that they have all of a sudden forgotten how to cook their pizzas fully. This was never an issue for us when the deep dish pizza came out. So I know it's not a 'just the way it is' situation. (Included photos of the first and second pizza, cheese removed)

I used to like this place. I love the pretzel pizza. But this last time is was horrible! They didn’t cook it all the way, it was late, and they didn’t really make the normal pretzel pizza. They basically threw some nacho sauce on a hot and ready crust and then a ton of salt all over it and called it a pretzel crust pizza. Maybe they didn’t have the right stuff and thought I wouldn’t notice. It was disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For whatever reason this store is always a let down. We got pizza from the drive thru on Friday last week and it was like they had made the pizza three days earlier, stuck it in the fridge, then gave it to us after they microwaved it for 30 seconds.
